We are looking for a serious executive-level sales associate to join the B00st team.

Needs to hire 5 Freelancers (THIS JOB IS REMOTE)

I want you to be our highest-paid team member with an uncapped commission package. As revenue permits, this will convert to a traditional salary plus situation but still uncapped.


Pariventures: is looking for a full-time Sales Executive with Venture Capital or Private Equity experience to join a family office team. It is a work-from-home opportunity and is available to any qualified Global salesperson. If you are an ambitious, driven individual who can develop new business with modern digital sales techniques, then we want to hear from you.


As Sales Executive, your responsibility will be to ensure personal monthly and annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded by utilizing your account management, new business development, and sales skills. We have a unique product moving into a relatively white space, and you can get in on the ground floor. We serve the beverage industry to help you acclimate to your position. Your first week will include a crash course in wine and spirits. After that, you will have the best demo in the industry to take to market with cutting-edge machine learning built-in. You will start with a CRM loaded with over 500 targets and 900 contacts in those organizations. Our visibility on LinkedIn is over 70k impressions per month with potential customers and users. The table is set. Now we need the right self-starter to take ownership of our sales channels.


ACCOUNTABILITIES:


• Ensure monthly, and annual sales budget is achieved by targeting clients in your region.


• Maximize opportunities afforded by Pariventure's existing CRM of 500 targets and 900 contacts.


• Develop new business and increase spend by all new and existing clients, in line with targets.


• Represent Pariventures Values in all dealings with Clients, Suppliers, and Colleagues.


• Ensure communication and relationships with colleagues globally are excellent and allows Pariventures inc to deliver best-in-class service.


• Must be able to demonstrate and uphold our Company Values: Respect, Understanding, Creativity, and Professionalism


RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Responding to quote requests in adherence to company procedures.


• Use company order processing & CRM systems in line with procedure.


• New business development, from either Pariventures inc clients in the US; generated leads, referrals, or own knowledge base.


• Maintain and develop relationships with existing company clients by providing outstanding service, support.


• Engage with our followers on social media to grow new leads


• Work to monthly KPIs to ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved.


• Ensuring sufficient and relevant information for each order is passed to the Production Coordinator to agreed standards.


• Working with a wider team to resolve problem orders.


• Identify prospects and pass leads to Pariventures where appropriate.


• Sell Pariventiures co-investment opportunities or in-house development agency.


Salary & Benefits: This is a Commission-Only position with a competitive commission structure based on users, clients, and margins. As an early employee, you will be provided a share vesting schedule to be part-owner of the company.


EXPERIENCE:


• Minimum 3 years’ demonstrable sales success within SaaS.


• Additional B2B sales experience in another vertical preferred


• Ability to communicate via telephone and email.


• Presentable and confident in face-to-face meetings.


• Proven results in growing sales within a modern digital sales funnel


• Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM


• Proven proficiency in using email tools like MailChimp


• General higher education or sales training and qualifications, Aspireship certification preferred.


• Able to build rapport quickly over the phone or face to face.


• Strong networking skills.


• Motivated self-starter.
